What does the tour include? Transportation in a comfortable, air conditioned 4WD vehicle with your professional New Zealand host. Accommodation if booked on the standard tour (the luxury tour option requires you to pay additional prices for the more expensive accommodation). As we want to make sure you have the opportunity to experience New Zealand's culinary delights, we do not include meals other than break fast - instead we stop at locations where you can choose something that suits your tastes (and of course we will be delighted to make dining arrangements for you). We include a complimentary CD with photos from your tour for you to take home.

How do I book? You can book your One Outdoors Tour directly through ourselves. A deposit of 25% of the tour price is required at the time of booking with the balance usually payable at least 60 days prior to the tour commencing. Bookings can also be made through a travel agent. Do the tours run over winter? Yes, One Outdoors tours can customise our tours to take advantage of New Zealand's winter season. Do I need insurance? Yes. One Outdoors recommends that all persons who are booked on a tour take out appropriate travel insurance in the unlikely event of mishap. |

Is there a limit on how much luggage I can bring?
Obviously there are limits on how much luggage you can bring with you. If you have anything you are bringing with you to New Zealand but do not wish to bring on tour we offer a secure complimentary left luggage service. Don’t forget that although we are taking you off the beaten track that you will have the opportunity to purchase necessities along the way (New Zealand is not that primitive)! What happens if I have to cancel my tour? If you wish to cancel your tour for any reason, please advise us as soon as possible and confirm in writing. Please refer to our cancellation and refund policy under Terms and Conditions. |
