Kayak Hire
We have a fleet of 23 Necky kayaks. There are 14 doubles and 9 singles. They are predominately Amaruk and Looksha IV models.
Our demonstration kayaks and trading stock are also available for hire.
Kayaks were selected for sea-worthiness and are suitable for all sea conditions found on Lyttelton Harbour.
We have Arluk III, Tofino, Kyook from our brand ‘tinnuts.com’.
Trading stock from international brands such as Prijon, NDK, Point 65̊N, Valley Kayaks, Necky, and Mariner Kayaks.

Conveniently located at Cass Bay which is twenty minutes drive from central Christchurch via the Lyttelton Road Tunnel. Bus route 28 from the city.

An additional $10.00 Cleaning Fee may be charged for each kayak that is returned dirty, or has been used on a fresh water river or lake.
Didymo Disinfectant Kits will be issued for all hire kayaks intended to be used on fresh water.
There is a fully refundable fee of $45.00 for each kit. Treatment for Didymo when moving between waterways is mandatory.
